Shipping Details
- Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping and shipping to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) are not available at this time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take 3-5 business days, and we’ll notify you via email of any delays.
- Shipping Methods and Costs: Standard ground shipping (3-5 business days) costs $5-$15 USD, free for orders over $500 USD. Expedited shipping (1-3 business days) costs $15-$30 USD, based on location and order weight. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label (see our Refund Policy).
- Carriers: We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and selected method.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Handling Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows no updates for 5 business days, email support@gpuelite.com with your order number. We investigate within 3-5 business days and issue replacements or refunds within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 3 days of delivery confirmation via email with photos/videos of the issue and order number. We investigate within 3-5 business days and issue replacements or refunds within 5-7 business days after approval. For open-box or refurbished items failing to power on or showing critical hardware failure, a 7-day return window applies (see Refund Policy).
