Response time

Human support replies Monday–Friday, usually within 24–48 hours, excluding US holidays. AI support, when available, is Q&A and support-intake only; it cannot place orders, modify carts, offer discounts, guarantee compatibility, approve returns, or change orders.

All orders are reviewed before shipment. If GPUElite cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund before shipment.
