Refund and return policy
Return support is available, but eligibility depends on item condition, order details, and the issue reported. Contact support@gpuelite.com before shipping anything back. Items returned without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
Order review and cancellation before shipment
All orders are reviewed before shipment. If GPUElite cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund before shipment.
Brand-new sealed items
Brand-new sealed items may be returnable within 15 days of delivery only if they remain unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Open-box, refurbished, used, and special-condition items
Open-box, refurbished, used, clearance, final-sale, or special-condition hardware may have limited return eligibility. Review the product listing and contact support before purchase if return eligibility is important to you.
Damage, incorrect items, or critical failure
Report damage, incorrect items, or critical hardware failure within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. GPUElite will review the request and provide next steps when the claim is eligible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after GPUElite reviews the request and, when required, receives and inspects the returned item. Initial shipping, return shipping, insurance, handling, and restocking deductions may apply unless GPUElite determines otherwise during review.
Compatibility
Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility. GPUElite can help answer questions before checkout, but compatibility is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing for that exact product and configuration.
