At GPUElite, we aim to deliver premium GPUs and gaming laptops with exceptional quality. Our refund policy ensures satisfaction while maintaining fairness. Please review the terms below.

New Items

Final Sale: All new items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective. Defective new items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and GPUElite will assist with the return process.

Process for Defective New Items:

  1. Contact support@gpuelite.com within 3 days of delivery confirmation with photos/videos showing the defect.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping costs, processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
  4. For non-defective issues, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with your purchase.

Return Costs: GPUElite provides a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. No restocking fees apply, and initial shipping costs are refunded for defective items. See our Shipping Policy for details on shipping methods and processing times.

Open-Box & Refurbished Items

Return Window: 7 days from delivery for items that do not power on or display critical hardware failure, verified by photos/videos.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of failure (e.g., does not power on or displays critical errors) must be submitted.
  • Non-returnable items include those that function correctly, or those with physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches), liquid exposure, missing accessories, or unauthorized modifications detected during inspection.

Process:

  1. Contact support@gpuelite.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation with photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Items are inspected within 3-5 business days.
  4. Choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping costs, processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
