Refund Policy

Overview

At GPUElite, we strive to provide high-quality GPUs and gaming laptops. Our updated refund policy ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining clear guidelines. Please review the terms below carefully.

Brand New Items

Return Window: Brand new items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Non-returnable if the packaging is opened, damaged, or shows signs of tampering.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact support@gpuelite.com within 15 days of delivery confirmation with your order details.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping service at the buyer’s expense.
  4. Items are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  5. Approved refunds, excluding initial and return shipping costs, are processed within 5-7 business days.

Defective New Items: Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact support@gpuelite.com within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the defect to initiate the warranty process. GPUElite will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items, and no restocking fees apply.

Return Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. No restocking fees apply. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Open-Box & Refurbished Items

Return Window: 7 days from delivery for items that do not power on or exhibit critical hardware failure, verified by photos/videos.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of failure (e.g., does not power on or displays critical errors) is required.
  • Non-returnable items include those that function correctly, or those with physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches), liquid exposure, missing accessories, or unauthorized modifications detected during inspection.

Process:

  1. Contact support@gpuelite.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping service at the buyer’s expense.
  4. Items are inspected within 3-5 business days.
  5. Choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund, excluding shipping costs, processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
