Shipping policy
GPUElite ships eligible orders within the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not supported unless checkout explicitly offers that option.
Order review before shipment
All orders are reviewed before shipment. Order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee shipment. If GPUElite cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund before shipment.
Processing
Most orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. Custom, pre-order, high-value, or verification-required orders may take longer.
Shipping cost and free shipping
Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $1,000. Final shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before payment.
High-value orders
High-value orders may require signature, insurance, address verification, or additional review before shipment.
Tracking
When an order ships, tracking information is sent by email. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by GPUElite.
Shipping issues
If tracking stalls, an item arrives damaged, or an incorrect item is received, contact support@gpuelite.com with your order number and clear photos or video if relevant. Do not discard packaging until support has reviewed the request.
